• Strong knowledge of service standards and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for supervisory positions.
• Creativity, product knowledge, and attention to detail, particularly for bar and mixology roles.
