Job Description

Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
  • Greet guests, take special requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Train new staff on service standards and restaurant policies.
  • Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a head waiter or in a supervisory role in food service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and fine dining etiquette.
