The Health and Fitness Manager has a dynamic and critical role of overseeing all aspects of the Health and Fitness operations in the club. This includes managing fitness programs, ensuring the well-being of our members, and driving overall health and fitness revenue.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle, and a commitment to fostering a positive and motivating environment for staff and members alike. Health & Fitness Manager will manage Fitness Team Leads and Coaches - Personal Trainers, Group Exercises Instructors, Swim Instructors & Lifeguards and will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation and product delivery quality to ensure customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of PT revenue targets (PTC & PTS).
- Delivery of GX, Swim, MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets.
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes.
- Ensure continuous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products offerings.
- Ensure a culture of Winning Ways.
To apply for the Role, you Require:
- Applicants must have firm knowledge and experience of managing Health & Fitness teams.
- Must be able to demonstrate expertise in selection, recruiting of talent pool and team building/bonding.
- Must be able to offer solutions to specific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS and other revenue streams.
- Must be well versed with international standards and requirements of training delivery.
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming and nutrition.
- Desirable to have Group Classes background and any Les Mills/Global program.
