Health & Safety Officer – Emirati Talent
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Health & Safety Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious UAE National looking to build a career in Health, Safety and Environment within a professional and operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies, procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with UAE HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
- Support safety awareness initiatives, toolbox talks and employee training.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and documentation.
- Assist with emergency preparedness, drills and response procedures.
- Work closely with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Report HSE observations, incidents and recommendations to management.
Essentials we need from you
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book – mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3 + years of experience in Health & Safety / HSE is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Health & Safety regulations and standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proactive, organised and willing to work in an operational environment.
- Relevant HSE certifications.
