Role Description

PCP is seeking a Health Safety Environment Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Heliopolis location. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The engineer will conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits, train staff on safety standards, and support occupational health initiatives to maintain a safe and effective workplace. Additionally, they will collaborate with project teams to incorporate safety protocols into daily operations and construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and practices
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health principles and the application of Safety Engineering techniques
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective Training programs related to health, safety, and environment
  • Excellent understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction and fit-out industry is a significant advantage
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable
