Were Hiring: HSE Engineer – Construction Background (Mechanical)

Location: Sharjah

Join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining the highest Health, Safety Environmental standards across our building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits. Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure safe execution of construction, MEP, lifting, excavation, scaffolding, and work-at-height activities.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training programs. Monitor permit-to-work systems and emergency preparedness plans.

Ensure compliance with client, statutory, and company HSE standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5+ Years in Building Construction Projects

NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment techniques

Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise

Excellent communication and reporting skills
