Job Description
Role Description The Health Safety Environment Officer at Diniz Adient Egypt is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving health, safety, and environmental standards across the site. This full-time, on-site role based in Ismailia involves conducting regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role includes developing and delivering HSE training, maintaining incident and near-miss records, and leading investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions. The officer collaborates with operational teams to integrate HSE requirements into daily activities, supports emergency preparedness and response plans, and prepares reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety, with practical experience applying safety standards in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices, including environmental risk assessment and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Occupational Health principles, including hazard identification, ergonomics, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess recognized safety certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to conduct investigations, interpret data, and propose effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess good communication and training skills to engage employees at all levels and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Candidates should possess a relevant technical or engineering degree or diploma, or comparable experience in HSE roles, preferably within automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
