Key Responsibilities
Strategic
- Proactive hazard control and predictive hazards analytics.
- Provide behavioral-based coaching of the stakeholders to attain sustainable and safe environment.
- Implement digital transformation by deploying HSE digital platforms.
- Implement and maintain safe and sustainable work culture.
- Predictive risk management and implementation across the work environment.
- Optimize performance by implementation of standard rules, regulations, and innovative ideas.
- Support the implementation of the project HSE plan and company HSE procedures under the guidance of the HSE Specialist.
- Use the company digital HSE platform for all site HSE entries so that information is complete, traceable and visible to management.
- Apply zero tolerance for undocumented verbal HSE communication and ensure that every observation, instruction and closeout is recorded through the proper communication channel.
- Report HSE related issues and observations in line with the HSE strategy.
Operational
- Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and regulatory requirements across regions.
- Conduct daily HSE inspections of work environment and report non-conformities.
- Conduct toolbox talks with the company and subcontractors employees at the work environment.
- Maintain the records of HSE inspections and toolbox talk.
- Ensure that first aid boxes are available in the work environment and keep up to date.
- Check security arrangements are in place and effective.
- Implement permit-to-work system.
- Verify and maintain third party inspection certificates.
- Report incidents and accidents, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and recorded.
- Monitor welfare facilities are kept up-to-date clean and neat.
- Prepare the corrective actions and closeouts.
Academic Qualifications
Required
- Technical diploma or 10+2 secondary education

- NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certificate ®
