A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of HSE Officer
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Valid NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent international safety certification
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as an HSE professional
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer (SO) in similar work environments
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety procedures
- Certified in CPR and First Aid
- Minimum of 5 years in health, safety, and environmental roles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with Saudi regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
