Health Safety Environment Officer - Immediate Joiner

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for hazard control measures.

• Organizing and conducting safety training programs for construction and landscape teams.

• Investigating incidents, accidents, or near misses, and preparing detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HSE programs and initiatives.

• Ensuring that all personnel have access to and effectively use personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Advising on waste management and environmental sustainability practices in construction and landscape projects

Education & Qualification:

A bachelor's degree /Diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

5 Years Minimum Experience (No. of years): Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH, or equivalent. Position/functional experience (No. of years): Competencies and Skills: Excellent communication & computer skills
