- Key Responsibilities:
- Independent Management: Take full ownership of HSE activities for your assigned project or work zone.
- Risk & Prevention: Prepare comprehensive Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures, and lead daily, engaging Toolbox Talks (TBT).
- Compliance & Audits: Maintain meticulous HSE documentation, registers, records, and ensure absolute compliance with local statutory regulations.
- Safety Culture: Foster a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring all multicultural team members adhere strictly to safety protocols.
- Flexibility: Adapt to project demands by working extended hours, weekends, or shifts as required.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (any discipline).
- Certifications:
- NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
- NEBOSH Level 6 is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Registration as an OSH Practitioner is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid construction experience within the UAE.
- Experience on projects with clients like TAQA and DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) is preferred.
- Local Standards: Sound, practical knowledge of the ADOSH-SF framework requirements.
- Location & Availability:Must be currently residing in the UAE and fully available for an in-person interview in Abu Dhabi.
