Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise ongoing civil and construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures, policies, and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Monitor compliance with TAQA/TRANSCO HSE requirements and project-specific safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Previous experience working on TRANSCO/DEWA projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in 132kV cable laying projects will be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in site safety supervision within civil works/construction projects.
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and safe work practices.
- Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural site teams and contractors.
