Job Description:

• Conducts regular inspections and checks of work sites, equipment, tools, access areas, temporary facilities, storage areas, and ongoing activities.
• Monitors Permit To Work, SIMOPS, JSA, and safety controls for high-risk activities including hot work, lifting, work at height, confined spaces, electrical work, scaffolding, and traffic safety.
• Maintains required inspection, incident, induction, toolbox talk, corrective action, training, and HSE monitoring records and prepares periodic HSE reports and statistics.
• Monitors contractor and subcontractor activities for compliance with company IMS, approved project HSE requirements, and applicable client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in HSE, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years offshore HSE experience.
• NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certification required; OSHA certification is an added advantage.
• Valid BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S, and Offshore Medical certifications are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Permit To Work (PTW), JSA, SIMOPS-Adnoc, risk assessment, emergency response, and applicable offshore safety standards.
