Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across sites and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for buildings and FM operations.
  • Identify potential hazards related to fire safety, environmental risks, and facility operations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor quality performance and safety compliance of contractors and site teams.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and prepare corrective and preventive action reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 41001 related to facility management.
  • Prepare and submit regular QHSE reports, statistics, and performance dashboards.
  • Support awareness programs, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and management teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline (preferred for Engineer level).
  • Experience range:
  • Quality & Safety Engineer: 10+ years of experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
  • HSEQ Supervisor: 35 years of experience in safety and environmental supervision, preferably within FM or real estate sectors.
  • Valid certifications such as:
  • NEBOSH or equivalent international HSE certification.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent (preferred for quality roles).
  • Strong knowledge of facility management risks, fire safety, environmental hazards, and compliance requirements.
  • Good understanding of FM operations and building safety standards.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
