Job Description

Lehbi Renal Care Medical Center in Riyadh is looking for Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial analysis and support to our healthcare organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, conducting cost analysis, and identifying areas of improvement to optimize financial performance. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to strategic decision-making, ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, revenue analysis, and expense analysis.

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including department heads and executives, to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and business proposals.

- Evaluate and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.

- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. master's degree is preferred.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in the healthcare industry.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

- Knowledge of healthcare financial systems, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.

- Fluency in English.
