Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in Filipino healthcare recruitment for hospitals and healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and deploying healthcare professionals from the Philippines while managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring compliance with Saudi and Philippine regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals from the Philippines for Saudi healthcare clients.
- Source candidates for roles such as Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Technicians, and Healthcare Support Staff.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners, agencies, and job portals in the Philippines.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and credential verification.
- Ensure candidates meet Saudi licensing requirements such as Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) eligibility.
- Manage documentation for DataFlow verification, Prometric exams, and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with Philippine regulatory authorities including Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) / DMW for overseas deployment compliance.
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and deployment processes.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future healthcare hiring needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in overseas healthcare recruitment for Saudi hospitals.
- Familiarity with DataFlow, Prometric exams, and SCFHS licensing.
- Strong network of Filipino healthcare professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor and overseas recruitment compliance.
