We are looking for a
Health & Safety Administrator to support the operations of two of Doha's leading restaurant concepts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining the highest food safety and compliance standards within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain food safety and hygiene records in line with MoPH, HACCP, and ISO 22000 requirements.
- Monitor cold storage, dry stores, and inventory through routine compliance checks.
- Manage cleaning schedules, sanitation records, and operational checklists.
- Maintain documentation relating to fire safety, PPE, first aid, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Coordinate with external suppliers, including pest control, waste management, and equipment service providers.
- Prepare daily and weekly compliance reports for the management team.
- Support the Head Chef and Operations team in ensuring the kitchens remain audit-ready and fully compliant with local regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in a Health & Safety, Hygiene, or Quality Assurance support role within hospitality or F&B.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations, food safety, and health & safety legislation.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and confident managing documentation and compliance records.
- HACCP, Food Safety, and/or First Aid certifications are advantageous.
