Heavy Equipment Engineer

What You'll Achieve

Technical Coordination & Equipment Management:

• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve equipment-related technical issues.
• Review technical submittals, drawings, and equipment specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all equipment documentation, manuals, and records are properly maintained and aligned with project schedules.

Project Support & Execution

• Provide technical support to project sites by diagnosing equipment failures and proposing effective corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and required materials.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all equipment operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and performance evaluations to verify proper installation and operation.
• Participate in site visits and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and project management teams to ensure seamless equipment integration.
• Prepare technical reports related to equipment performance, maintenance activities, and breakdown analysis.
• Maintain clear communication with headquarters and project sites to support efficient project execution.
