Esnad Contracting Company is seeking a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance activities for heavy equipment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, workshop supervision, and cost control to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for heavy equipment.
- Oversee lubrication systems, including oils, greases, and fluids, in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Manage and supervise maintenance workshops, technicians, and mechanics.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned breakdowns.
- Diagnose equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory.
- Monitor and control maintenance and repair costs.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with project teams to schedule maintenance without affecting operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in construction or infrastructure companies.
- Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning and workshop management.
- Good knowledge of heavy equipment systems and maintenance practices.
- Experience in managing maintenance systems and preparing technical reports.
- English language.
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Saudi nationality preferred
