Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heavy Truck Driver role based in Dubai. The Heavy Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy trucks to transport equipment and materials to and from customer sites and company facilities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring loads are properly secured, following designated routes, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. The role also involves assisting with loading and unloading equipment when needed, completing delivery documentation, and communicating clearly with dispatch, site teams, and supervisors. The driver is expected to maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle, report any mechanical issues promptly, and uphold the company's standards for safety, reliability, and professional customer service.
Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy vehicle license) and proven experience in Truck Driving for commercial and construction-related transport.
• Ability to perform safe loading and Unloading of equipment and materials, including securing loads and using appropriate lifting or handling methods.
• Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations or equivalent local transport and safety regulations, with a consistent record of compliance.
• Experience operating heavy Truck and related equipment, with skills in basic vehicle checks and reporting maintenance issues.
• Clean driving record, strong safety awareness, and ability to follow company and site-specific safety procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including flexibility for varying schedules and occasional overtime as project needs require.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
• Previous experience in construction, equipment hire, or logistics sectors is preferred.
