Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles to transport goods and ensure timely delivery while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy vehicles such as trucks and trailers on various routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding route changes or delays.

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license (e.g., Class A, Class B) as per local regulations.
• 1-3 years of experience in heavy vehicle operation or equivalent driving experience.
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle long hours on the road.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
