Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for end-users experiencing technical difficulties, providing support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware, as well as software and network-related problems.
- Efficiently manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and Exchange; oversee system security through diligent patch management and updates.
- Support critical Microsoft applications such as Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint, and provide first-level support for Google Cloud Platform services.
- Document incidents and resolutions thoroughly in our ITSM tools, collaborating with higher-level support teams for complex issues.
- Educate users on IT security best practices and optimal use of applications and systems.
- Participate actively in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or CompTIA A+.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
