Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist technicians and supervisors in carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Fire & Life Safety, and other building services. The role involves supporting maintenance operations, handling materials, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring safe execution of works within facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians during maintenance and repair activities.
- Carry tools, materials, equipment, and spare parts to work locations.
- Support cleaning, housekeeping, and preparation of work areas.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Help in basic maintenance activities under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and service areas.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling activities.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
