Atta Is Hiring Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and visually compelling content for social media platforms, including static images and GIFs.
Design platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring optimal dimensions, formats, and visual standards.
Adapt creative concepts to match each platform's audience, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and project teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual assets.
Manage and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Handle feedback efficiently and implement design revisions with a high level of flexibility and professionalism.
Prepare visual assets for print production when required, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Organize design workflows using project and content management tools such as Trello, Google Sheets, and Canva.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in social media design or a related creative role.
Strong artistic and creative sense, with an eye for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience designing for multiple social media platforms with an understanding of platform-specific requirements.
High adaptability and openness to feedback, revisions, and evolving creative directions.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in design and content management tools, including Canva, and familiarity with workflow tools such as Trello and Google Sheets.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
