Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School Biology Teacher, based in Cairo, Egypt. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging biology lessons, evaluating student progress, and supporting their academic and personal development. Responsibilities include collaborating with other educators, preparing instructional materials, assessing student performance, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student learning and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Expertise in creating effective lesson plans and delivering engaging lessons
• Strong knowledge in teaching Biology, with familiarity or competency in Physics as an advantage
• Demonstrated teaching and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and encourage students through innovative educational approaches
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field
• Teaching certification or relevant qualification is preferred
• Experience in secondary education is an asset
