Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Biology Teacher, based in Cairo, Egypt. The teacher will design and implement engaging lesson plans, deliver biology lectures, and provide hands-on learning experiences. The role also involves assessing and evaluating student progress, offering feedback, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and actively participating in school events and activities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in teaching Biology in International Schools.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and effective Teaching techniques
• Strong knowledge of Biology and a basic understanding of Physics
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Educational background in Biology, Education, or a related field
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Proven ability to connect theoretical knowledge with real-life applications
• Prior experience in teaching high school science is highly desirable
