We are hiring a high-ticket closer with an investment banking or capital advisory background to take warm, booked sales calls all day and close capital raising engagements. Small base plus commission. Immediate start.

Artane Partners is a capital advisory firm and placement agent headquartered in Dublin, raising equity and debt for companies across the GCC, Europe and North America. Founders and CEOs are booking calls with us faster than we can take them.

THE ROLE

You sell our capital raising engagements to founders, CEOs and CFOs who have already booked a call with us. Warm leads, back to back, all day. Between calls you are on the phones working your pipeline until the engagement letter is signed.

• Run discovery and proposal calls with companies raising capital

• Take each prospect from first call to signed engagement

• Follow up by phone the same day, every day, until it closes

• Hit daily and weekly sales KPIs: calls held, proposals out, engagements signed

• Keep every deal exact in the CRM

WHO YOU ARE

• A proven high-ticket closer with a sales record you can put numbers on

• Background in investment banking, capital advisory, placement or private capital

• Hungry and competitive, at your best on a fast sales floor with the numbers on the board

• Ready to be on calls all day and to start now

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW COLD

• The full fundraising lifecycle, from mandate and materials through investor conversations, term sheet, due diligence and close

• Equity, debt and mezzanine financing: when each fits, what each costs, and how mezzanine is priced around the exit

• Valuation and returns: IRR, multiple on invested capital (MOIC), dilution, and how an investor underwrites a deal

• The regulatory footprint of capital advisory: FINRA and broker-dealer platforms such as Finalis in the US, the FCA in the UK, MiFID II in the EU, and the DFSA and FSRA in the UAE

• Market dynamics and investor appetite across the GCC, Europe and North America

THE PACKAGE

• Base salary plus commission on every engagement you close. The base is small by design: most of your pay is commission

• Performance bonuses against KPIs

• A full diary of warm, booked calls from day
