Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients medical history, current health status, and lifestyle factors to determine suitability for Hijama therapy.
  • Conduct Hijama therapy sessions in accordance with MOH/SHA guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Ensure patient comfort and maintain strict hygiene standards during all procedures.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of Hijama therapy.
  • Explain the procedure clearly before treatment.
  • Provide proper aftercare instructions to patients.
  • Inform patients about possible side effects and obtain informed consent.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before sessions.
  • Sterilize all equipment and tools used for Hijama therapy.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace to minimize infection risks.

Qualification:

  • Must hold a valid MOH/SHA license as a Hijama Therapist.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant healthcare field.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Hijama therapy.
  • Good knowledge of Hijama techniques and safety procedures.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic for effective patient communication.
  • Strong patient care and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, hygiene, and safety standards.
