Role Description
This is a strategic leadership recruitment role at the heart of Innovvette's growth and national impact.
Innovvette is building an integrated care and education ecosystem across Egypt and the quality, stability, and development of our people define our success. This role is not limited to filling vacancies. It is responsible for designing recruitment systems, building sustainable talent pipelines, and shaping retention and workforce development frameworks for one of the fastest-growing early childhood education companies in the country.
The Senior Hiring & Recruitment Specialist will lead Innovvette's end-to-end recruitment and selection strategy, ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality educators, administrators, and leadership talent across all centers and corporate functions. The role also plays a central part in onboarding design, retention programs, turnover analysis, performance appraisal coordination, and HR policy development.

What you will own
Design and lead Innovvette's recruitment strategy and hiring action plans
Build structured sourcing pipelines with universities, workforce partners, and recruitment channels
Lead screening, interviewing, selection, job offers, and contracting processes
Develop onboarding, induction, and orientation frameworks for all new hires
Build and manage retention programs and turnover analysis systems
Conduct and analyse exit interviews and workforce trends
Partner with leadership on HR policies, compensation structures, and workforce planning
