ABOUT THE ROLE

DocIndia is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our healthcare platform. You will be responsible for validating end-to-end patient journeys, identifying defects, verifying APIs and databases, and ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Business Teams to deliver high-quality features that impact thousands of patients and healthcare providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze requirements, user stories, and business workflows.

- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.

- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.

- Validate APIs using Postman and verify responses.

- Perform database validation using SQL queries.

- Test responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

- Validate end-to-end business workflows and patient journeys.

- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Participate in sprint planning, grooming sessions, and release activities.

- Maintain QA documentation and testing reports.

- Support production release validation and smoke testing.
