Hiring for Scrum Master with Wealth Management+ Trade Settlement- Trade Conciliation

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team focusing on Wealth Management and Trade Settlement processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile practices and will be responsible for guiding our teams towards successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Guide the team in applying Agile principles and practices to ensure effective delivery of project goals.
• Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog with stakeholders and product owners.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of trade settlements and conciliation processes.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Scrum practices and Agile methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position within the financial services industry, particularly in Wealth Management and Trade Settlement.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and leading Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience with trade settlement processes and trade conciliation in a financial context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
