What's this role about

Zensar Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Manufacturing domain to bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Working knowledge of BA tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Visio, and more.
• Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and service scheduling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions.
• Experience in Manufacturing digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

Must have skills:- Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
