This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, handling property inquiries, and providing customized real estate solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The role also involves staying updated on the latest market trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet business goals.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients effectively
• Proven customer service skills and a customer-first approach to strengthen client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and ability to consistently achieve or exceed targets
• Experience in training and mentoring team members in sales techniques is a plus
• Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market and investment opportunities
• Result-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
