Job Description
- Provide nursing care to patients at their homes on an on-call, visit basis, rather than fixed shift hours.
- Respond promptly to service requests and travel to patient locations for treatments such as medication administration, wound care, injections, and basic procedures.
- Assess patient condition during each visit, monitor vital signs, and report any concerns to the supervising doctor or care coordinator.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home care routines, medication usage, and recovery guidelines.
- Maintain accurate visit records and ensure proper handling of medical equipment while following hygiene and safety protocols.
