We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects to lead project execution and ensure successful delivery in line with contractual and technical requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Civil preferred)
Minimum 15 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Proven experience in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects in Kuwait
Must hold relevant MEW approvals (if applicable)
Strong project execution and stakeholder management experience
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage project execution from planning to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities
Ensure compliance with MEW standards and regulations
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
Lead project teams and subcontractors
Ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance
Report project progress to senior management
