Data Scientist (Mid-Level, Bilingual) | Remote (Offshore)

About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist to join our team remotely. You will work with data to create insights and predictive models that support decision-making for our operations in Abu Dhabi and the region.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required to ensure accurate and relevant analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform statistical analysis and build machine-learning models
- Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from different sources
- Create clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to define business needs and data solutions
- Support data quality and follow analytics best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Science or a related analytical role
- Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Good understanding of statistics and machine learning
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
Nice to Have
- Experience with big data or cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Arabic NLP
- Experience in public sector, finance, or e-commerce
