Hiring Saudi National - Financial Analyst

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BSc in Finance required, Master's in Finance is preferred, CFA will be an asset

Fresh post-graduate or 2+ Years of Experience

Relevant Experience in Infrastructure/Project finance with international banks, developers/investors/fund or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions will be an asset

Transaction Delivery & Project Management

• Support delivery of high-quality advisory outputs under team lead guidance, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Build expertise in financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and project finance compliance
• Conduct valuations, due diligence, and investment analysis to assess business opportunities
• Analyze commercial and contractual aspects of project financing structures
• Assist in developing client solutions through research and analysis
• Collaborate in diverse, multicultural teams and contribute to client reports, presentations, and memorandums
• Participate in stakeholder negotiations, including banks, contractors, and institutions
