UPS Delivery Co. – Kuwait
A leading 3PL Delivery & Logistics Company managing delivery operations and riders across Kuwait.
- Position: Delivery Supervisor
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage delivery riders
- Monitor daily shifts, attendance & performance
- Ensure riders complete assigned orders and targets
- Manage rider zones and operational issues
- Coordinate with the operations team and delivery platform
- Handle rider complaints and solve daily issues
- Prepare daily performance reports
- Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
- Requirements
- Previous experience in delivery/logistics supervision preferred
Good in excel and Google sheet
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a large rider team
- Good knowledge of Excel GoogleSheet & Reporting
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Kuwait delivery experience is an advantage
