Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents as required.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
  • Maintain and update records in the company database.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
