For one of our clients, we are looking for an HIS Product Manager to drive delivery of digital health and clinical data exchange products across provider, payer and member ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the HIS product strategy and roadmap (provider integrations, NPHIES/FHIR/HL7 compliance, clinical data exchange, e-prescriptions, member digital journeys)
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements; translate regulatory/interoperability needs (NPHIES, FHIR, HL7, ICD-10-AM, SNOMED CT, Saudi Billing Standard) into product features and milestones
- Lead day-to-day Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog refinement, story writing, acceptance criteria, UAT, provider onboarding and go-live coordination
- Manage cross-functional communication: update Product Lead, operations, clinical teams and external vendors; surface risks and dependencies
- Monitor and analyze product KPIs (adoption, NPS, engagement); use data and user research to iterate and propose enhancements
- Champion user-centric design and continuous improvement via discovery, usability testing and stakeholder advocacy
Requirements :
- 5–10 years relevant experience, with minimum 3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or HIS consulting within healthcare, health insurance, or health-tech
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business Administration or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Health Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR platforms and payer–provider workflows (eligibility, pre-auth, claims, e-prescriptions, clinical data exchange)
- Experience mapping regulatory/interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD-10-AM, SNOMED CT, local billing standards) into product requirements
- Proven Agile delivery experience: backlog management, user stories, UAT and vendor/provider integrations
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills; customer empathy for member and provider journeys
- Comfortable working in regulated, fast-paced environments and collaborating with third-party HIS/EMR vendors
