Job Fulfilment:
- Previous work experience in handling Europe, Asia and Americas destinations.
- Knowledgeable in global visa application, processing, documentation, and requirements per destination is an added advantage.
- Prepare inbound and outbound UAE holiday programs and itineraries to be distributed to our partners and all our platforms.
- Upload and distribute our products online, partners and platforms accurately and timely manner.
- Possess strong product knowledge, destination expertise, global visa updates and latest travel information.
- Process complete travel assistance from a to z and provide options on airline tickets, hotel accommodation, visas, restaurants, cruises, railways, tours, airport meet and greet, car rentals and transfers within customer's budgets.
- Managing ticket sales through various channels, such as online ticketing platforms, offline, social media, and phone sales.
- Well-verse in airline policies, baggage handling, rerouting rules, refunds, and cancellations.
- Knowledgeable in handling B2C, and B2B partners globally.
- Customer oriented booking and ticketing reservations and rerouting passengers using Amadeus and Galileo reservations system.
- Develop tailor-made itinerary, quotations, packages, and programs suitable to the clients preferences from the scratch.
- Generate new customer accounts, develop repeat business, and increase existing consumer base.
- Ensure customer follow-ups are being conducted to keep business retention and engagements.
- Collect payments and settlements from the customer efficiently without discrepancies and rate disputes in any transactions.
- Conduct customer feedback to further improve customer support and sustain service quality.
- Comply with the clients travel policies, requirements, and guidelines with best solutions to offer.
- Convert any enquiries to purchasing customers across our marketing channels and platforms.
- Expert in handling Meetings, Conferences, Events and Exhibitions.
- Propose and develop MICE and Incentive programs from scratch.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, holiday packages for individuals and group requests.
- Liaising with key suppliers locally and internationally to execute project deliverables.
- Must-have extensive database of suppliers, vendors and network globally to expand business portfolio globally.
- Attend to networking, product update, roadshows, events and training programs.
- Conduct accurate and timely reports to the management of weekly appointments, established calls, future pipelines, ongoing negotiations, sales closed and new account leads.
- Attend to customer queries promptly and professional manner.
- Assists in any additional administrative tasks and projects when needed.

- Minimum qualification level to Air Fares & Ticketing.
- Highly Knowledgeable in handling Global Visa Applications and Holidays is a must.
- Highly Knowledgeable in GDS systems Galileo and Amadeus is a must.
- Strong understanding of the Flight Ticketing, Holidays and MICE industry.
- Ambitious, flexible, team-player, possesses positive attitude, self-motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented, demonstrates initiative, able to multitask and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent grooming standards and presentable.
- Ability to organize own schedule efficiently, pro-active and can work independently.
- Ability to convince partners on the phone to implement suggestions and service recommendations.
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical and an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools - Outlook, Excel, Work, Power point.
- Previous experience with DMC, Events, Hospitality or Travel industry is a must.
- Has existing vendors and client network in the UAE and Globally.
- Fluency in English is a must with added advantage in Arabic / Russian / German / Spanish Language.
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment & extended hours.
- Preferably holding a valid UAE Residency is an added advantage.
- Vast experience in a Ticketing, Global Visa, Holiday, and MICE role with a proven track record in achieving business targets and objectives.

Experience:
- Minimum 3+ Years working in Travel/ DMC / Events / Hospitality Background in the UAE.
