Home Appliances Project Sales Coordinator

Role Objective

Keep project sales moving from quotation to delivery through accurate documents, fast processing and persistent follow-up. Give the sales team clear visibility of approvals, orders, delivery dates and outstanding actions.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders; check models, quantities, pricing, margins and approvals.
• Compile material, technical and prequalification submittals; track consultant comments and revisions.
• Enter and check ERP orders and CRM records; maintain current project files and approvals.
• Follow clients and contractors on approvals, clarifications, invoices and pending payments.
• Update Excel trackers, project status and forecasts; flag delays and follow actions through to closure.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years in sales coordination or project support; appliances or building materials preferred.
• Hands-on experience preparing quotations, tender documents and project submittals.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables; working PowerPoint skills.
• Clear English communication and ability to follow up with customers and internal teams.
• Able to prioritize several projects and deadlines.

Key Success Measures

• Quotations and submittals issued within agreed turnaround times.
• Accurate orders and documentation with minimal rework.
• Approvals, revisions and pending actions followed up on time.
• Delivery milestones tracked and delays escalated early.
• Current ERP, CRM and Excel reports for sales and collection follow-up.
