Home Appliances Sales Executive for Kitchen Studios in UAE

Role Objective

Grow profitable home appliances sales through kitchen studios and kitchen dealers across the UAE. Win active partners, secure appliances inclusion in kitchen proposals and build repeat orders through regular field support.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit kitchen studios and dealers; open new accounts and develop existing clients.
• Help designers select suitable appliance packages, dimensions and installation requirements.
• Arrange displays, product demonstrations and practical training for studio sales teams.
• Follow quotations and kitchen leads through to orders; negotiate within approved commercial terms.
• Maintain an active account and opportunity pipeline with realistic monthly sales and stock forecasts.
• Coordinate availability, deliveries and service issues; follow payments and credit limits with Finance.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years in UAE appliance, kitchen, interiors or related dealer sales.
• Existing contacts with kitchen studios, kitchen dealers or interior fit-out businesses will be preferred.
• Able to explain built-in appliance features, dimensions and product combinations.
• Good English, negotiation skills and practical Excel or CRM reporting habits.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to visit clients regularly across the UAE.

Key Success Measures

• Sales and gross margin against agreed targets.
• New active studios and repeat orders from existing partners.
• Quotation conversion and qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Productive studio visits, working displays and staff training.
• Forecast accuracy and timely customer collections.
