Home Appliances Sales Executive - UAE

Role Objective

Grow profitable Home Appliances business through dealers, wholesalers and independent retailers in UAE. Develop accounts, drive sell-in and sell-out, and manage stock, forecasts and collections.

Main Responsibilities

• Map and visit dealers in UAE; appoint new accounts and expand product and category coverage.
• Set dealer targets, review performance with owners and buyers, and convert account opportunities into orders.
• Negotiate prices, promotions and payment terms with the channel manager within approved margin limits.
• Track dealer sell-out and stock; agree replenishment and actions to clear slow-moving and ageing models.
• Check displays, product visibility and pricing; report competitor offers, launches and distribution gaps.
• Maintain account pipelines, visit actions, and monthly and quarterly sales and collection forecasts.
• Control credit exposure with Finance; follow overdue payments, claims and rebates, and resolve delivery or service issues.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years in UAE sales, including 3–5 years directly managing independent retail or dealer accounts.
• Strong home-appliance experience across relevant categories such as refrigeration, laundry and cooking.
• Established dealer and wholesale contacts in Dubai, with evidence of account development.
• Strong negotiation, pricing and margin skills; able to manage dealer targets, stock and collections.
• Advanced Excel for dealer purchases, sales and inventory analysis; excellent English, Arabic an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and readiness for frequent market visits across the assigned territory.

Key Success Measures

• Sales, sell-out and gross margin against agreed targets.
• New productive dealers, broader product range and outlet coverage.
• Stock availability, ageing-stock reduction and display execution.
• Conversion of account opportunities and accuracy of sales and collection forecasts.
• On-time collections, controlled overdue balances and compliance with credit limits.
