You are our candidate if:

3+ years working in Dubai (beauty/salon/luxury services)

You've managed Home Service not just performed it

You can build from scratch:

• Business model design
• Logistics & route optimization
• Collaboration with marketing for VIP client acquisition
• Collaboration with booking team for efficiency
• Recruitment & training of professional staff

Fluent in English (Arabic/Farsi is a plus)

You're crisis-proof, not crisis-prone

Who is this role for

• Someone who strategizes, not just executes orders.
