About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Elementary Homeroom Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school curriculum
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science(as applicable)
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote positive discipline
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions
- Prepare reports and provide regular feedback to parents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching qualification/license (preferred) for ex; PGCE.
- Proven experience teaching at the elementary level
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning
