Homeroom Teacher (FS) at our esteemed institution, Prime
National Schools - Scholar's International Language School. We are in search of a nurturing and innovative educator who is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment for our Foundation Stage students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an engaging curriculum that supports the holistic development of young learners
- Establish a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to enhance their learning experiences
- Encourage exploration and creativity through hands-on activities and play-based learning
- Involve parents and families in the educational process, maintaining open communication about their child's progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a rich and cohesive educational program that aligns with school goals
- Engage in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices and stay current on educational trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Possession of a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and their families
- Creative, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all students
