Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore hook-up and integration activities
- Manage offshore campaign planning, preparation, execution and close-out.
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, including engineers, superintendents and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company standards.
- Establish clear team responsibilities, work scopes, schedules and deliverables.
- Resolve construction and execution issues across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of safety, quality, cost and schedule.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adequate resources are available.
- Coordinate daily with stakeholders, contractors and offshore teams.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, or extensive oil & gas industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures, and wellhead platform construction activities.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of project-related experience.
- Knowledge of General Specifications (GS) and international standards such as AWS and API.
- Ability to interpret GA drawings, structural drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and building marking plans.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to recommend project adjustments and improvements efficiently.
