Job Description
Ably Resources is currently recruiting for an experienced Hook-Up Manager to join a leading international EPC contractor delivering a major offshore oil & gas development in the Middle East.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior leadership role overseeing offshore hook-up activities on a large-scale EPC project, working alongside an experienced project team on a long-term assignment.
Key Requirements
Extensive EPC construction experience within the Oil & Gas industry
Proven track record managing offshore Hook-Up activities
Previous experience in a Hook-Up Manager or senior supervisory leadership role
Strong understanding of offshore construction, commissioning interfaces and execution planning
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Assignment Details
Rotation
1 year Onshore phase: Monday-Friday, 9-hour days with generous annual leave
1 year Offshore phase: 35 days on / 35 days off rotation
Accommodation provided
Full offshore board provided
Living allowance during onshore assignment
Mobilisation, rotation flights and annual leave travel included
