As part of our expanding operations in the Middle East region, we are seeking a HORECA Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
1.Product Development & Management:
- Lead the development of new products tailored for the HORECA sector.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Oversee P&L, sales forecasts, and actuals, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making.
2.Branding & Packaging:
- Develop and implement branding strategies that resonate with target markets.
- Collaborate with design teams for effective packaging solutions that enhance product appeal.
3.Exhibition & Events Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products.
- Organize dedicated events to engage clients and promote new offerings.
4.Client Engagement:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support.
5.Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management within the HORECA sector or related industries (min 4 years).
- Strong understanding of P&L management, sales forecasting, and product lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in NPD.
- Excellent English speaker (Arabic is a plus).
